Refunds:
Refunds are processed only in these cases:

-The plant/item arrived damaged (must be reported within 24 hours)

-Wrong product was delivered

Non-Refundable:

-Live plants after 24 hours of delivery

-Items returned without authorization

-We’ll review and respond within 48 hours

-Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
